How long in advance do I need to book an experience?
You can book an experience up to 24 hours in advance, and in some cases, up to six hours before the experience begins.
Can I change the date and/or start time of my experience?

Our experiences have been carefully created based on the world of Emily in Paris, however, none of the cast will be present for these experiences.

Is there an age limit on your experiences?
Most of our experiences are open to all ages, with the following exceptions:
- The Official Emily in Paris Wine & Cheese Tasting: Guests must be 18+
- The Official Emily in Paris Croissant-Making Workshop: Guests must be 12+
- The Official Emily in Paris Macaron-Making Workshop: Guests must be 12+
If you have any questions or would like to join one of our Croissant-Making or Macaron-Making Workshops with younger guests, please reach out to us at bonjour@parisbyemily.com, and we will be happy to assist.
Are the Emily in Paris experiences wheelchair accessible?
We strive to make our experiences enjoyable for everyone, but please note that most of our activities are not suitable for individuals with mobility impairments or wheelchair users.
- Walking Tours and Food Tours: These experiences involve significant walking and uneven terrain, making them unsuitable for wheelchair users or those that have mobility impairments.
- Boat Cruise: Unfortunately, this is not wheelchair accessible.

Are pets allowed on the tours?
Pets are not allowed on the experiences; however, service animals are welcome.
