How long in advance do I need to book an experience?

You can book an experience up to 24 hours in advance, and in some cases, up to three hours before the experience begins.

Can I change the date and/or start time of my experience?

All experiences have a cancellation policy, which means you can only cancel within the permitted timeframe. You can cancel or edit your ticket through your booking confirmation email by clicking “Manage my booking”, subject to the T&Cs.
