Your experience begins with a warm welcome and a refreshing Aperol spritz, setting the tone for a relaxed, social cooking moment inspired by Emily’s Roman lifestyle. Slip into your Paris by Emily apron, snap your first Polaroid, and get comfortable in the kitchen.
You’ll start with a fresh ravioli dough demonstration, learning how to prepare, roll, and fill your pasta. Under your chef’s guidance, you’ll shape your ravioli — including the option for heart-shaped forms — keeping the atmosphere light, creative, and fun.
Once your ravioli are ready, you’ll prepare a classic butter and sage sauce, letting the simplicity of the ingredients shine. This step highlights traditional Roman flavors and allows the handmade pasta to take center stage.
Next comes the plating moment. Using herbs, finishing oils, and thoughtful details, you’ll turn your dish into something both delicious and beautiful — the kind of plate Emily would absolutely photograph.
Finally, sit down at a candle-lit table to enjoy your ravioli alongside your spritz and good company. Before you leave, you’ll receive your Rome by Emily tote bag, a printed Polaroid photo, and the recipe so you can recreate the experience at home.

Is there a minimum age limit for the Workshops?
Yes, participants must be 6 or older to join this experience. This ensures safety in the kitchen and allows everyone to fully enjoy the hands-on cooking activities. Participants must be 18 or older to enjoy any alcoholic beverages served.
How long in advance do I need to book an experience?
You can book an experience up to 24 hours in advance, and in some cases, up to three hours before the experience begins.
Is there a cloakroom or storage available?
We do not offer a cloakroom or luggage storage service. However, during the workshop, guests may place small personal items such as bags and coats in a designated area within the venue. Please note that this is not a professional storage facility, and we are unable to accommodate or take responsibility for luggage or large items. We kindly recommend bringing only small personal belongings.
Can I change the date and/or start time of my experience?
