Your Wine & Cheese Experience begins at Piazza Capranica, a lively corner of the historic center where your wine-specialized guide welcomes you with a bright, bubbly introduction—just the way Emily’s social moments often begin. Guests receive their Paris by Emily tote bag, settle into the intimate tasting setup, and enjoy a warm, friendly start to the experience.
The tasting opens with a Welcome Spritz, a playful nod to Emily’s recurring Season 4 spritz moments. It’s light, refreshing, and sets the tone for a relaxed journey through Roman flavors.
From there, your guide leads you through a curated tasting of four Italian wines—white, rosé, red, and sweet—each paired with Roman staples. As you sip, enjoy generous boards of Italian cheeses, cured meats, fresh raw vegetables, crusty bread, and a beautifully smooth extra virgin olive oil. The tasting is guided but never technical; it’s fun, social, and sprinkled with show references that keep the experience lively.
Throughout the session, enjoy Polaroid moments using your Rome by Emily Instax photo & branded frame. Your guide brings the tasting to life with anecdotes that tie Emily’s adventures to the real flavors of Rome, highlighting how food and wine shape her time in Italy.

Where is the meeting point?
The meeting point is outside Collegio Bistrot. Your host will be waiting for you outside the entrance, wearing a red Rome by Emily scarf for easy identification.
Please arrive 10 minutes early and wait outside the venue.
